We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in Monte this role you will be the direct point of contact for internal and external customers across different regions ensuring smooth execution of service orders spare parts requests and other inquiries. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

This position will be based in Monte Mor São Paulo.

You will be required to travel up to 10% (occasional visits to customer sites)

What you will do

As a Sales Administrator you will:

  • Manage the full cycle of spare parts requests returns and quotations using SAP and other internal systems;
  • Proactively follow up on open orders and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries;
  • Coordinate with market areas to address issues related to delivery timelines;
  • Create and maintain dashboards and visual management tools (e.g. Power BI) to monitor spare parts supply and customer service performance;
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making and performance tracking;
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and communication processes using tools such as Excel (including macros) Power BI and Power Apps;
  • Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and service quality;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

We believe you have

  • An university or technical degree in Engineering Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain or a related field;
  • Experience in customer service and working with SAP;
  • Experience in dynamic fast-paced environments that require flexibility proactive problem-solving and creative thinking;
  • Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset;
  • A positive and approachable attitude with strong customer orientation teamwork spirit and fast learning ability;
  • Responsibility maturity and commitment to delivering high-quality work with an entrepreneurial mindset;
  • It will be considered a plus if you have:
    • Intermediate to advanced English;
    • Spanish language skills;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel (advanced level with macros) Power BI and Power Apps.
