The Sr Product Manager strategically leads and grows a product portfolio within the U.S. Foodservice or National Account channels by driving innovation optimizing product lifecycle management and delivering strong financial performance. Through cross-functional collaboration customer and market insights and data-driven decision-making this role champions long-term profitability manufacturing excellence and brand impact ensuring every product delivers value to both the business and the customer.

What youll do...
- Lead cross-functional development and execution of annual and multi-year product strategies that drive profitable growth margin expansion and continuous cost improvement.
- Own the P&L for assigned product lines proactively monitoring revenue cost and profitability to identify opportunities and address risks early.
- Partner with Leadership and Finance to set annual financial goals and deliver sustainable business results.
- Shape and execute pricing strategies; participate in strategic customer pricing decisions to expand profitable market share.
- Support cost-reduction initiatives that align COGS and portfolio mix with strategic priorities while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
- Manage the full product lifecycleincluding strategy roadmapping pricing development enhancements SKU optimization and end-of-life planning.
- Build and maintain a strong new product pipeline; develop compelling business cases and sponsor cross-functional commercialization efforts to ensure on-time on-budget launches.
- Deeply understand customer needs competitive landscapes market trends and manufacturing processes to guide product and portfolio decisions.
- Monitor service levels and partner cross-functionally to quickly resolve issues protect customer satisfaction and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to support major customer relationships and align product strategies with customer objectives.
- Ensure product quality meets customer expectations by identifying trends resolving issues and driving improvements that support profitable growth.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales on branding messaging and gotomarket activation for assigned product lines.
- Work with Sales and Supply Chain on demand planning and forecasting; monitor capacity utilization and recommend strategic capacity investments when needed.
What youll bring...
- Bachelors Degree in Business Engineering Packaging or related field of study with 5 years experience in product management or a closely related role
- Demonstrated experience managing product lines and delivering results by proactively driving year over year top and bottom line growth
- Experienced in applying a strategic mindset to P&L ownership product roadmap development innovation portfolio optimization and all aspects of product lifecycle management
- Successful champion of customer satisfaction by aligning product development pricing and portfolio decisions with market needs. Maintains a strong focus on delivering value through reliable service quality standards and responsiveness to evolving customer expectations to enhance outcomes.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking along with the ability to blend creative problem solving with data driven analytical financial and quantitative skills to analyze complex challenges synthesize insights from multiple sources and implement effective long-term solutions.
- Proven ability to achieve results by fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and creating a motivational environment which encourages ownership. Builds trust and alignment across internal teams and external partners influencing decision-making and driving consensus accountability and continuous improvement at all organizational levels.
