The Role

As a Project Coordinator reporting to the Senior Manager of Channel Transformation you will play a key role in supporting the planning execution and delivery of projects that enhance retail store operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a desire to grow in project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities resources and information
  • Assist in the development of project plans and schedules
  • Track project progress and update documentation accordingly
  • Support communication between project stakeholders and teams
  • Prepare reports presentations and meeting materials
  • Help identify and resolve project issues and risks
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up to date

Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook)
  • Familiarity with project management tools and reporting platforms is an asset

Education and Experience

  • 12 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role preferably in retail or telecommunications
  • Post-secondary education in business communications or a related field
  • Exposure to project management methodologies is an asset
  • Experience with SQL/SAS or reporting tools is a plus
