About the Role Mō te tūranga mahi

Were looking for a compassionate and organised Level 1 Recovery Coordinator to support clients on their journey to independence. This is a stable and varied role with opportunities to grow your career in case management.

As the first point of contact for clients recovering from injury or facing challenges youll:

  • Work closely with clients whānau providers and employers
  • Communicate via phone email and in person
  • Manage rehabilitation plans and help remove barriers to recovery
  • Support clients to achieve their recovery goals

  • Excellent communication skills able to explain complex info clearly and supportively
  • A curious mindset keen to learn and apply technical and legislative knowledge
  • Adaptability great time management and flexibility to meet client needs
  • Resilience able to support others through tough times without carrying it home
  • A clean NZ drivers licence for occasional travel
  • Bonus: Experience in case management or the public sector is helpful but not essential

Salary: $70000 9% superannuation

  • Monday to Friday only no nights weekends or public holidays
  • Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am and 5:30pm
