American Civil Constructors West Coast established in 1987 is a Heavy Civil Construction company. We are qualified to bid and perform work for State DOTs and City & County Public Works agencies all over the United States.
We are currently hiring for a full-time Project Manager to work out of our Benicia CA office. We offer relocation assistance for this position!
Location & Travel Details:This location-based position encompasses worksites throughout the United States andrequires an average of 25%travel. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided. When overnight travel is required meals and lodging will also be provided.

Responsibilities
- Scheduling; Tracking Production and Inventory
- Handling Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
- Coordinating & Supervising Varying Work Schedules (for Day/Night Work) and Crew Mobilizations from job to job
- Working Closely with Project Owners Prime Contractors Inspectors Field Engineers Field Superintendents and Subcontractors/Suppliers as needed to successfully complete our construction projects
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Structural Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management. Other majors may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- 5 years of construction related experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications
- Ability to multi-task in a challenging construction environment
- Excellent computer skills including strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Willingness to learn good organizational and time management skills ability to work as a team great communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Primavera P6 is highly desired
- Valid drivers license required
