Through a direct-to-consumer model we deliver premium fiberglass products personalized in-home consultations and professional installationmaking the window replacement process simple seamless and satisfying.

Our Customer Success Associates bring our purpose to life by guiding customers through their journey with Infinity. This team curates an exceptional personalized experience by focusing on individual needs and being a consistent trusted resource for our customers.

• Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments for consultations technical measurements installations and walkthroughs
• Communicate with customers via phone email text and webchat to provide timely updates and support
• Help maintain a welcoming showroom environment by greeting visitors and ensuring a clean organized space
• Input and maintain data in Salesforce ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Review sold jobs daily and create production orders
• Generate and manage contracts and change orders including adding financiers and updating payment terms
• Maintain document accuracy including uploading documents notating payments and creating post-installation work orders
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• A positive energetic attitude and a genuine passion for customer service
• Comfort working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
