Introduction

Your Job

• Engage in the design of future Tapeout Systems which generate photo mask data from physical designs

• Engage in Daily Tapeout Operations activities such as DRC Dataprep and work hand-off across geographic locations

• Work closely with the Fabs OPC Teams Tapeout Logistics & Integration Team Tapeout Integration to facilitate clean tapeouts to RTM

• Collaborate with teams within the Global Tapeout Operations Organization to develop and Implement work improvement methods to improve efficiencies reduce costs and improve cycle times

• Solve complex technical problems and contribute to multiple projects at the same time. Demonstrate strong analysis and problem-solving skills

• Learn and explore new technologies and work with urgency on both Tactical and Strategic Problems

• Document Best Practices and Training Material to ensure the smooth completion of the TOC mission

• Ensure that processes are well documented that failure modes are assessed and have mitigation and detection in place.

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree in electrical engineering Computer Science Physics Chemistry or related field of study

• Knowledge of design and manufacturing of Integrated Circuits in Sub micron technologies

• Knowledge of Eletronic design Automation (EDA) tools - physical layout design and verification - Calibre DRC/LVS Cadence Virtuoso

• First experience with scripting languages (TCL Python Perl Shell)

• Linux user be able to operate on a UNIX environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint

• Fluent in spoken and written English (C1)

• Should be flexible as a Team Player and motivated as an Individual Contributor

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Photo Mask Making process

• Familiarity with Product Layouts KERF or FRAME Design EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso Mentor Calibre are highly desirable

• Experience in Structured Problem Solving (SPS)

• Technical Program Management skills
