Position Overview:

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for generating quality customer leads primarily through door-to-door canvassing and secondarily by working at public events and retail locations as needed. This sales-oriented role is focused on creating opportunities for our Design Consultants who will complete the in-home sales process.

Essential Functions:

Memorize and confidently deliver approved sales scripts.
Travel to assigned neighborhoods and company events to engage potential customers.
Foster conversations with homeowners to identify needs and explain our products and services.
Generate high-quality leads for in-home consultations.
Set and confirm appointments with our Call Center team.
Collaborate regularly with the Sales team to share ideas and learn best practices.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive representation of the company at all times.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Competencies & Qualifications:

Enthusiasm for door-to-door canvassing and direct customer engagement.
Professional demeanor and ability to represent the brand positively and respectfully.
Entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving mindset to work independently and drive results.
Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
High energy positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation valid drivers license auto insurance and a clean driving record.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

Work Environment:

Outdoor work required in all weather conditions.
Frequent travel to neighborhoods and event sites within our Northeast PA territory.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma GED or equivalent required.
