GRS has recently partnered with a growing Power Transmission and Automation Company in the Midwest in their search for an Outside Sales Representative and an Inside Sales Representative in Chicago.
Requirements:
- Power Transmission Product Experience: Demonstrated experience and expertise in Power Transmission products and a deep understanding of the industry
- Industrial Sales Background: Proven track record in Industrial Sales with a strong understanding of market dynamics customer needs and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Go-Getter Mentality: A proactive and enthusiastic approach towards identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Self-Starter: Capable of independently managing tasks setting priorities and taking initiative without constant supervision
- Mechanical Aptitude: Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems machinery and industrial equipment
- Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to set track and achieve sales objectives. Strong analytical and strategic thinking to develop plans for achieving and exceeding sales goals
