Job Summary
Assist in preparing investor and management presentations for investor relations purposes
Keep abreast of market trends and competitor strategies
Update 5-year investor-facing financial model for the Group through interaction with key stakeholders across the business
Assist the team in identifying and analyze potential M&A and partnership opportunities
Support the implementation and integration of M&A post-merger integration work and partnership initiatives as they arise
Collaborate on ad-hoc projects and activities relating to corporate development and corporate strategy to support the team and senior management
Qualifications :
*This is a full-time 6-month internship starting January 2026.
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or any related field (second- or third-year students preferred.)
Demonstrable familiarity and/or interest in accounting corporate finance and/or startups
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation creation
Good financial modeling skills with an understanding of revenue and cost drivers
Excellent analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Ability to work under pressure meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs
Possesses analytical rigor and a structured thought process that can be clearly articulated
Experience in similar positions or previous internships in finance will be a plus
Available to commit to full-time work for 6 months
