The Role:

Prepare and review monthly management accounts providing insightful analysis and commentary
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring financial targets and KPIs are achieved
Partner with departmental heads to provide financial guidance and challenge where appropriate
Drive process improvements and implement efficient reporting practices
Support year-end statutory reporting and liaise with external auditors
Assist in developing and mentoring junior finance team members

The Person:

Qualified Accountant (ACA ACCA or CIMA) with at least 3 years post-qualified experience
Proven track record in management accounting and business partnering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proactive commercially focused and confident using modern accounting systems and Excel
