The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects from concept through to completion. This includes overseeing planning execution budgeting risk management and stakeholder communication. The role demands a strong understanding of technology manufacturing processes supply chain dynamics and continuous improvement methodologies.
Your contribution to something big:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle integrating various methodologies & acting on lessons learnt.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with product management engineering production procurement quality teams & external partners.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet project objective deadlines and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on project status KPIs and outcomes. Ensure transparency & escalate issues beyond own authority.
- Drive process improvements lean initiatives and maintain project documentations.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Proven experience in manufacturing environments (e.g. automotive FMCG electronics pharmaceuticals).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira others).
- Project Management Expertise: PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
- Skilled in budgeting scheduling resource management risk management and problem solving.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
- Clear and concise communication both written and verbal. Ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.
