Job Summary

A unique chance has arisen to join our team in a role of project manager. The opportunity requires unique skills experience and mind-set to drive innovation. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects from concept through to completion. This includes overseeing planning execution budgeting risk management and stakeholder communication. The role demands a strong understanding of technology manufacturing processes supply chain dynamics and continuous improvement methodologies. 
Your contribution to something big:

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle integrating various methodologies & acting on lessons learnt. 
  • Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocations. 
  • Coordinate with product management engineering production procurement quality teams & external partners. 
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet project objective deadlines and budgets. 
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively. 
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. 
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on project status KPIs and outcomes. Ensure transparency & escalate issues beyond own authority. 
  • Drive process improvements lean initiatives and maintain project documentations. 

Qualifications :

What distinguishes you:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing environments (e.g. automotive FMCG electronics pharmaceuticals). 
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira others). 
  • Project Management Expertise: PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred. 
  • Skilled in budgeting scheduling resource management risk management and problem solving. 
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects. 
  • Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement techniques. 
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities. 
  • Clear and concise communication both written and verbal. Ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.
