Were seeking aMarketing Managerwho can take full ownership of our marketing strategy from planning and research to execution across all digital channels. This is ahands-on multi-disciplinary roleideal for a creative and data-driven professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implementmarketing strategiesto drive e-commerce growth

• Manage and optimizeGoogle Ads Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram) andretargeting campaigns

• Conductmarket and keyword researchto identify trends and growth opportunities

• Create and overseecontent for website blogs email campaigns and social media

• Manage and grow social channels (Instagram Facebook Pinterest LinkedIn YouTube)

• ImplementSEO best practicesto increase website visibility and conversions

• Set up and monitoremail marketing automations(Klaviyo Mailchimp or Odoo)

• Track and report onKPIs ROI and campaign performanceusing Google Analytics and Search Console

• Collaborate with management onpromotions seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives

• Maintainconsistent brand messagingacross all platforms

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 yearsof marketing experience preferably ine-commerce or consumer goods

• Proven success managingGoogle AdsMeta Ads andsocial media campaigns

• Solid knowledge ofSEO analytics and digital marketing tools

• Proficient incontent creation copywriting and graphic design(Canva Photoshop or similar)

• Experience withWooCommerce Odoo or other e-commerce platforms

• Excellent communication organization and analytical skills

• Photography and video editing experience is an asset

Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• 8-hour shift

• Occasional campaign deadlines or launch periods may require flexibility
