Job Summary
Job title: Senior Data Modeler (SDM)
Location: Trenton NJ
Short Desc: Design & implement modern data models (relational dimensional star snowflake data lake) for Judiciary using DB2 Redshift DynamoDB Postgres S3. Extendable role.
Key Req (8 yrs Data Modeling):
- Req: 8 yrs DB modeling (DB2 Redshift DynamoDB Postgres SQL Server)
- Req: 6 yrs data modeling tools
- Req: 3 yrs AWS/cloud
- Req: 8 yrs complex SQL data profiling
- Req: 8 yrs source data analysis & referential integrity
- Req: 2 yrs building Data Lakes (structured/unstructured)
- Nice: 4 yrs DB tuning
- Edu: 4-yr degree or equiv.
Must Have:
- 3 yrs Big Data tech
- Snowflake exp (pref.)
- Logical physical model translation
- Reverse engineering (DB2/SQL)
- Std naming/coding practices
- Pega app integration
- Excellent comm indep work
Tasks: Translate biz needs models optimize DW/DataMart reverse engineer ensure data quality collaborate w/ BI/dev teams.
