Job Summary
The Anantara Curator is a highly detailed guest-focused role responsible for orchestrating the personalized experiences of club access guests throughout their stay. This position ensures seamless coordination of guest preferences and service touchpoints from pre-arrival to departure. Plays a key liaison role between departments to maintain the highest level of service and guest satisfaction in luxury hospitality.
Qualifications :
- Prior direct experience in Hotel Front Office & F&B operations is preferred.
- Proficient in both English and Thai (Bilingual).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work in shifts weekends and public holidays.
- Computer skills in MS Office; experience in operating/using Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
- With Opera experience is preferred
