We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Lead/Senior Manager Commercial Strategy & Planning Transformation to support the delivery of high-impact commercial initiatives across 17 countries for our three leading global brands foodora foodpanda and Yemeksepeti.
Sitting at the heart of our regional Commercial Transformation team this role will be responsible for orchestrating cross-country and cross-topic commercial performance consolidation while also driving the design implementation and tracking of key transformation programs.
This is a high-impact regional role that requires strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. You will work closely with Market Managing Directors Commercial Directors and central functional leaders to secure buy-in tailor initiatives to local market needs where appropriate and ensure adoption at scale balancing regional consistency with local flexibility. The role reports directly to the Director of Commercial Transformation.
Team & role vision
Commercial Strategy & Planning Consolidation & Insights
- Own the end-to-end consolidation of commercial KPIs across countries and commercial topics.
- Create a unified view of business performance to enable fact-based discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Standardize reporting tools definitions and cadence to drive consistency across markets.
- Provide actionable insight and deep dives to surface business risks opportunities and trends.
Transformation Initiatives & PMO Leadership
- Co-lead and support design and roll-out of regional commercial transformation initiatives (e.g. organisation structures operating models across new initiatives) with business owners.
- Establish and maintain project plans milestones and tracking frameworks for all transformation workstreams.
- Drive initiative governance: set up routines prepare and run steering committees and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Consolidate initiative progress risks and interdependencies into structured regional views.
- Act as a thought partner and sparring partner to market teams helping bridge strategy and execution.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in related field. A Masters degree would be a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial strategy or PMO roles with strong leadership experience in driving high-impact commercial initiatives.
- Previous Commercial experience and managing multiple markets experience is required.
- Excellence analytical skills and familiarity with commercial KPIs.
- Structured methodical mindset with a knack for simplifying complexity
- Advanced skills in Excel PowerPoint; experience with performance and project management tools (e.g. Power BI Looker studio or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with senior leadership local teams and external partners to drive alignment and results.
