The opportunity
The Power Electronics team you will be joining was established in Krakow in 2021. As a team member you will work with highly qualified engineers in power electronics reliability electronics control theory and mechanics. You will participate in the development of a modular platform of DC or AC converters based on silicon carbide (SiC) technology. This could be a unique opportunity for you to learn and build professional experience on your career path.
This internship position requires availability 20 hours/week (flexible schedule that you can adjust to your university classes) and ability to work from our Cracow office.
How youll make an impact
Cooperation in the design of power electronic converters
Simulations of electronic and power electronic systems (using among others Matlab/Simulink Plecs LTSpice Ansys CST Studio)
Reliability analysis (Reliasoft)
Laboratory tests - testing of electronic and power electronic systems
Analysis and conclusions based on the results obtained
Preparation of technical documentation and test results
Work in an international environment
Mechanical and electrical tasks involved in assembling measuring stations and prototypes
Your background
Third- or fourth-year student studying electrical engineering electronics or a related field
Knowledge of digital and analog circuit design principles and knowledge of PCB design software (Altium Ki-cad or Eagle)
Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documentation
Communicative level of English
Commitment to assigned duties and ability to work with a team
Independence and initiative analytical thinking and decision-making skills
