Job Summary
Responsible for supporting and maintaining Software and Hardware troubleshooting technical issues and assisting with system administration tasks.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware software and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Assist in maintaining servers workstations.
- Install configure and update software.
Document IT processes procedures and troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer science or related field
- Minimum of 3-years work experience in the same capacity
- Writing technical documentation
- Basic SQL
- Network configuration
- Technical support
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
