Job Summary

Are you ready to discover the role of an IT Support Specialist in Netcompany

As an IT Support Specialist you will:

  • Analyze incidents first and second-line customer liaison with the purpose of maximising the first call resolution rate
  • Act as a service desk agent incident agent and analyst problem agent and analyst
  • Provide first and second-line support: remote and on-site support
  • Record & track incident and request information
  • Record & track Problem information
  • Participate in reconfiguration/installation of PC environment
  • Document operational support procedures
  • Draft technical content for knowledge database
  • Perform testing and administration of applications

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Fluency in both English/French both written and oral
  • Being highly autonomous and broadly IT skilled
  • Strong knowledge in all of the MS office applications
  • Knowledge of end user computers and more specifically Windows computers
  • Good understanding of the main mobile devices platforms and core mobile applications
  • ITIL V4 Foundation Certification
  • Experience in liaising with system and database administration for execution of administration tasks
  • Good communication skills and being empathetic and user oriented
  • Knowledge of additional official EU languages specifically German would be considered as an advantage
