The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary and guest-focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead our culinary and service operations. This is a strategic leadership role for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee restaurant bar room service and culinary teams uphold brand standards and ensure every moment reflects the elegance and excellence of The St. Regis London.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all food and beverage operations including culinary restaurant bar and in-room dining
- Deliver service that exceeds guest expectations and drives loyalty Empower teams to provide anticipatory and personalized service
- Act as a role model for guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee financial performance budgeting and cost control
- Ensure compliance with food safety sanitation and liquor regulations
- Foster a culture of motivation teamwork and continuous improvement
- Maintain open communication and establish clear expectations
What Were Looking For
- 4 years of leadership experience in food and beverage or culinary operations
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Knowledge of UK food safety and beverage laws
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-demand luxury setting
