Joining us as a Senior Product Manager Business Government and Mobile

You will be responsible for driving developments and supporting in-life CityFibres Ethernet infrastructure offnet and other non-FTTP product portfolio covering a range of local and national backhaul services targeting ISPs and a range of other sectors notably mobile and public sector.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Identify define and launch market leading products feature enhancements and value-added services that deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers
  • Manage and launch new product capabilities from concept to market
  • Track and manage the product P&L across the portfolio including reporting and tracking of monthly volumes revenues and performance against financial targets
  • Support major customer opportunities and act as a trusted advisor to key sales stakeholders; have regular customer engagement from bid support to collating feedback on new product roadmaps or products for launch
  • Support the management of vendor engagement or negotiations with relevant partners and / or suppliers

What youll bring to the role

You will have a strong background in Product Management with demonstrable success in managing product portfolios across the end-to-end product lifecycle. Youll also have:

  • Experience managing teams of product managers and wider stakeholders engaging with the product function
  • Detailed knowledge of data connectivity products particularly Ethernet business broadband and range of backhaul exchange and ancillary services
  • Experience developing telecoms products for a range of end customer segments including Business ISP and ideally mobile operators and public sector
