About the role.
Reporting to the President Commercial Growth NA the VP NA Marketing Potato will effectively lead manage and have broad responsibility for marketing strategy and capability development at the NA level. The individual will have a mandate to strengthen McCains brand equity innovation platforms and marketing effectiveness while enabling consistency across the NA region through scalable tools processes and best practices. This incumbent will lead strategic development and provide thought leadership on brand positioning platform growth portfolio strategy and marketing capability building. The VP NA Marketing Potato will work in close partnership with commercial leaders to identify and develop key growth opportunities that drive brand relevance operational efficiency and long-term value creation across both Retail and Foodservice channels. Compensation Package: $300000 $350000 USD annually bonus eligibility Long-Term Incentive eligibility
