Electro-Mechanical Assembler/Technician Fremont CA Assembler Job Responsibilities: * Produce equipment by assembling parts and subassemblies as per OMS and workmanship standards. Produce cable and harness as per wiring diagram. Preform testing of assemblies are per test procedure Assembler Job Duties: * Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions (OMS) specifications workmanship standards and parts lists; gathering parts subassemblies tools and materials. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies. Verifies specifications by measuring completed component. Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturers instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with company policies and procedures. Assembler Skills and Qualifications: * Basic understanding of mechanical pneumatic hydraulic and electrical systems High school diploma Min 3 years (CM) Manufacturing Experience PCB Assembly Equipment Maintenance Manufacturing Quality Mechanical Inspection Tools Tooling Safety Management Power Tools experience will be plus. (CM) Contract Manufacturing Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Remotely: No Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: PCB Assembly: 1 year (Preferred) Mechanical Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred) (CM) Contract Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred) Electro-Mechanical Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)
