Description:
Replacing ClientJP
At least a 1 year assignment
Assisting and facilitating test plans on HVAC components
Maintaining Preventative Maintenance plans
$30/hour taking into consideration experience and education level
HVAC knowledge and familiarity is a positive
Hands on knows how to use tools able to debug with mechanical tools
Fieldglass used for time keeping
No travel
8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Unique position. Looking for someone to be a lab assignment. Focusing on testing HVAC testing.
Mechanical test lab- testing HVAC systems
Knowing HVAC equip and system is good to know.
Testing data collection using customized set equipment and test set ups
Preventative maintenance.
Have a flow loop system( Pumps and sensors) which will need to maintain.
Testing valves and execute the systems.
Hand Tools will be used assembly and unassembling Screw drivers No welding Drill press nice to know.
HS education.
Performing tests on customized test set ups.
Troubleshooting but also maintaining test equipment
Problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team
Must have good interpersonal communication (both written & verbal) and problem solving skills
Basic computer skills such as word processing data entry and e-mail
Must be able to understand and abide by equipment and lab safety requirements
Ability to assist all levels of engineers with their tasks and assignments
Carrying out tests using bespoke test equipment and assist in setting up programming and running various tests on mechanical parts
Perform assigned tests under limited supervision using standard testing and new procedures
Complete test reports
Perform Safety inspections and maintain safety inspection results
Complete preventative maintenance requirements and troubleshoot malfunctions
Devise fabricate and assemble test equipment or test samples
(9/23) FROM MANAGER--Focusing on the hands on maintenance experience and the test lab experience would be ideal.
Nice to Haves:
CAD experience
Labview experience
HVAC equipment experience
Knowledge of electrical and electronics concepts
Mechanical background in assembling testing equipment
Mechanical background in preventative maintenance of lab equipment
Experience in a lab environment collecting data with mechanical test equipment (torque drivers micrometers calipers multimeters etc) Ability to take detailed measurements & observations and to convey those items clearly
