Job Summary
EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our team in Colorado Springs CO. Our Technicians enjoy guaranteed pay a very collaborative and casual work environment very different from a traditional dog-eat-dog shop. Its fun fair and a great place to work. To excel in this service role you will need excellent customer service skills effective communication skills and attention to detail.
What Youll Do:
The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old.
- 190 Point Vehicle Inspection
- Lube filter flushes
- Brake system and tire repair
- Suspension and alignments
- Vehicle Drivability
- Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Repair
- Light Line work to include Gasket and seal repairs component replacement water pumps and alternators
- Occasional heavy line engine and transmission removal and installation no rebuilds or overhauls
What Were Looking For:
- Must be state-certified where applicable
- At least 6 months of previous Automotive Mechanic experience or Auto Tech School certification
- Own a set of tools
- Valid drivers license and a good driving record
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn
- Respect for teammates and a positive outlook
