We are looking for aCustomerEngagement Lead Osteoporosisfor Sweden who has a passion for improving patient health outcomes driving to build strong and lasting relationships to come joinour Nordic Immunology team.

About the role

As Customer Engagement Lead Osteoporosis you drive the development and implementation of post-fracture care strategies within the Swedish healthcare system. You ensure that patients with fragility fractures receive optimal diagnosis treatment and follow-up strengthening collaboration between clinics hospitals and national networks. The role is primarily field based (70%) and has significant influence on patient pathways and health policy.

Who you will work with:

Externally you will build partnerships and long-term relationships to key stakeholders. Internally you liaise with the Integrated Solution Team cross functional team and other internal stakeholders. And you report to the Osteo lead Nordics

What will you do:

  • Develop and implement solutions that improve patient flow and treatment outcomes.
  • Help improve Fracture Liaison Services (FLS) and coordinate patient pathways.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance and quality in all initiatives.
  • Identify areas with high fragility fracture burden and develop and execute post-fracture care strategies
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Develop projects to enhance osteoporosis care
  • Optimization of national and regional payer guidelines
  • Focus on network development community plans performance monitoring and educational initiatives

InterestedFor this position youll need the followingeducation experienceandskills:

  • Bachelors degree required; masters preferred with least 5 years experience in healthcare e.g. sales marketing market access or medical fieldwork
  • Knowledge of the osteoporosis ecosystem and therapeutic area
  • In-depth knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system and policy
  • Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams and (cross-functional project leadership) project management
  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Digital competence and experience with data analysis
  • Ability to develop impactful solutions aligned with ecosystem drivers
