Join our logistics planning team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and processes within Boschs supply this role you will be part of a cross-functional and international environment collaborating with suppliers customers and production units both in Portugal and across Europe.
Your contribution to something big:
- Plan and procure materials from internal and external suppliers;
- Ensure high material availability while optimizing inventory levels;
- Monitor logistics KPIs (e.g. Service Level Inventory Level Claims) and propose corrective actions;
- Identify and escalate availability risks early to avoid disruptions;
- Support new product launches and engineering changes (ECRs);
- Maintain accurate master data and align on initial stock requirements.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education:
- Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Business Economics or related fields.
Experience:
- Experience in supply chain logistics or operations planning;
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems especially SAP (SAP S/4HANA is a plus).
Know-how:
- Understanding of Lean principles and logistics planning processes;
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools especially Excel.
Languages:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
Working Style and Methods:
- Organized detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Personality:
- Proactive adaptable and results-driven;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
