About the role Mō te tūranga mahi

We are seeking a dedicated Oracle Platform Engineer with HCM experience to join our dynamic team at ACC. Youll play a pivotal role in leading the design development and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and scalable solutions that support ACCs mission to keep Kiwis safe and supported. While Wellington is preferred were open to candidates based in Aucklandlocation.

This role is key to enabling a fit-for-purpose Oracle HCM environment that uses multiple HCM modules including Core HR Talent Management Recruitment and Workforce Compensation integrating with other applications as required.

Youll also support the uplift of technical capability and resilience across ACCs Technology Enablement teams and the People & Culture group through peer programming reviews knowledge sharing mentoring and demonstration of engineering best practices.

In addition youll be able to translate business outcomes into technical solutions that consider the architectural landscape security implications and integration/connectivity requirements.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $117787 and $152430 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
