Job Purpose
This position is responsible for reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communication and assist in the key areas of media coverage collateral and publications special events/promotions community relations and advertising.
Key Interactions
Brand Management:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends customer preferences and emerging opportunities.
- Design annual and monthly marketing plan and calendar
- Oversee brand consistency across all channels ensuring adherence to brand standards and guidelines.
- Create and maintain unique selling propositions (USPs) that distinguish Fairmont Mumbai from competitors.
Partnerships & Collaborations:
- Develop partnerships with luxury brands and businesses to co-create exclusive guest experiences and joint marketing campaigns and cross promotions.
Content Strategy and Creation:
- Develop compelling content strategy for all brand pillars across various digital offline channels
PR and PR Agency Management
- Cultivate relationships with media influencers and bloggers to secure positive coverage.
- Manage PR agency design monthly PR strategy reports and forward planning
Campaign Analysis
- Plan execute and manage multi-channel advertising campaigns to promote the hotels services and experiences.
- Continuously monitor and adjust promotional strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Qualifications :
MBA in Marketing
Knowledge in Digital Marketing and Graphic designing
worked with social media and other platforms
creative and able to express thoughts and ideas clearly
team player
ability to drive the team
