A senior producer of ideas and momentum - someone who brings order pace and creative energy to complex strategic engagements. Youre a natural orchestrator who knows how to run high-stakes CxO programmes shape breakthrough work and keep teams moving with focus and intensity. You combine strategic discipline with creative instinct and have the presence to operate in rooms with senior decision-makers. You dont just manage the process you drive the outcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery and coordination across strategic propositions and pursuits
- Maintain clarity on decision paths deadlines and output quality
- Partner with wider team to land CxO-ready deliverables
- Coordinate alignment with Client Partners MDs and industry teams
- Ensure operational excellence in preparing leadership for CxO engagements
Qualifications :
Experience
- 812 years as a Senior Producer / Executive Producer / Strategic Delivery Lead in a top-tier consultancy digital product organisation innovation studio or creative/strategy agency
- Proven track record running complex cross-functional workstreams and senior stakeholder programmes
- Experience in enterprise transformation product innovation platforms AI or brand/experience strategy
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments building structure where none exists
