Key Responsibilities:
- Develop cross-functional integrated access strategies for new product launches.
- Act as a project lead for pricing and reimbursement dossier preparations and HTA reviews.
- Analyze customize and transform economic and clinical data into simple compelling messages for payers HTA agencies regulators providers and budget holders.
- Act as internal and external pricing champion.
- Provide training and updates on market access actions analysis tools evidence to Brand teams enabling them to integrate value propositions into brand strategies and tactics.
- Country allocation: 90% Estonia 10% Latvia Lithuania.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in Estonian and English.
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of success in commercial and/or medical functions or within healthcare payer/provider or academic institutions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Ability to analyze complex models and scientific data and draw out key messages.
- Ability to interpret scientific and/or pharmaco-economic data to assess its relevance in building targeted value messages.
- Adaptability and flexibility to tailor market access strategies to meet the unique needs and requirements of the local market.
- Experience in developing leading and coaching team members and direct reports (if applicable).
- Preferred:
- Demonstrated success in achieving market access goals within the respective local context
- Excellent knowledge of local healthcare systems including HTA processes formulary decision-making and payer negotiations.
- Proven track record of success on specific market access success experience within respective local context.
