About the role Driving CRM implementation across Tryg

The Transformation team is an integrated part of the Business & IT Digital department where we drive the execution of the companys largest transformation program - NextTech. NextTech is a cross-organizational program with the aim to simplify our IT-landscape optimize Nordic synergies and overall be more prepared to meet the challenges and expectations of the future especially when it comes to new technologies and ways of working.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with deep understanding of large-scale IT transformations to assume the role of Digital Transformation Director. This pivotal role involves leading and managing the implementation of our Streamlined Customer Engagement program in NextTech to ensure consistency manage interdependence and steer key stakeholders from Business and IT leadership teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Define and deliver a Nordic CRM and Call Center rollout strategy aligned to business objectives and process standards
• Lead and mentor program teams across the Nordics
• Establish and oversee program governance ensuring effective budget resource and risk management
• Partner with executive stakeholders to drive adoption manage expectations and deliver measurable outcomes
• Ensure seamless coordination across business and IT with a focus on value creation and operational excellence

The position is located in Copenhagen at our offices in Ballerup.

About you In-depth transformation understanding

We are open to different backgrounds but we expect that you will bring the following to the role:

• 10 years of experience within IT preferably in project and/or program management
• In-depth understanding of large-scale IT transformations and implementations in the financial industry or large corporates (C25 preferred)
• Previous experience with CRM implementations (Salesforce preferred but not crucial)
• Strong ability to formulate and communicate visions and solutions of complex problems at c-suite level
• Proven record of executive stakeholder management abilities within both business and IT
• Strong Customer Experience and IT implementation domain knowledge to set direction and facilitate collaboration between teams of program leads from a content perspective
