Are you a strategic and hands-on commercial leader ready to drive growth in one of the most exciting areas of critical digital infrastructure As our new Sales Director FTTH Projects you will take full ownership of go-to-market strategy sales performance and organizational development leading a multi-role sales team across partners key accounts and direct sales channels. This is your opportunity to shape GlobalConnects fiber expansion and ensure we remain at the forefront of the Nordic digital connectivity market.

About your role

As Sales Director you are accountable for all new FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) project acquisition activity and results within your scope. Youll define and execute the go-to-market strategy optimize territory and account coverage and build a high-performing scalable sales organization. Working closely with Commercial Product and Marketing you will ensure sales efforts align with business objectives drive new project wins and deliver predictable sustainable growth.

You will also lead coach and develop a talented sales teamincluding Partner Sales Managers Key Account Managers Account Managers and Sales Supportwhile ensuring processes tools and reporting enable efficiency and accountability. This role combines strategic leadership with operational execution requiring a data-driven mindset commercial acumen and a passion for developing people and performance.

Here are some examples of key responsibilities during a typical day:

Go-to-Market Strategy Define own and execute the FTTH go-to-market strategy. Segment customers and territories align with business objectives and establish sales methodologies forecasting and performance metrics.

  • Territory & Account Management Design and optimize territory models account segmentation and quota setting. Drive account planning for key accounts and ensure market coverage and resource efficiency.
  • Channel & Partner Management Own partner strategy including recruitment onboarding joint business planning incentives and governance. Balance direct and partner sales to maximize reach and profitability.
  • Build Lead & Develop the Team Hire coach and develop a high-performing sales organization. Define roles KPIs and training programs. Implement scalable sales processes CRM use and reporting cadences.
  • Reporting & Analytics Deliver reliable forecasts and executive dashboards. Use analytics to identify bottlenecks optimize performance and inform strategic decisions.

To succeed in this role we believe you have:

Experience: 812 years of progressive B2B and or B2C sales leadership experience managing multi-role teams and channel partners.

  • Performance: Proven track record of building and scaling sales organizations and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Expertise: Experience with territory design quota setting partner programs and sales enablement.
  • Operational Discipline: Strong CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and analytics experience; proficient in forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Leadership: Excellent coaching communication and negotiation skills; comfortable making hiring and accountability decisions.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or related field

FTTH build decisions measured in HP and HC

  • Pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy
  • Win rate deal size and sales cycle efficiency
  • Partner-sourced FTTH acquisitions and pipeline contribution
  • Quota attainment by role and territory
  • Team metrics: productivity retention and engagement
