Subcontractor Selection:
- Identify evaluate and select subcontractors that meet project requirements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and vetting of subcontractor credentials and capabilities.
Contract Management:
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
- Manage contract renewals modifications and compliance.
Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between subcontractors and internal teams.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication to resolve issues and provide updates.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure subcontractors comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of subcontractor agreements performance metrics and project progress.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
You have the following skills and experience:
- We imagine that you have a masters degree in business administration Management or related field.
- Proven experience in subcontractor management or similar roles within a consulting environment.
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Danish and English written and verbally
- Location: Copenhagen onsite
