This is a new role within the HR & Talent Data & Solutions function focusing on transforming HR through data-driven insights and advanced technology. You will collaborate closely with the HR Operations Management team to develop innovative solutions that improve processes support decision-making and deliver tangible impact across the organization. You will operate independently driving strategic and operational improvements across HR functions by leveraging data and technology.
In this role you will make an impact by:
- Leading data-driven initiatives across multiple HR domains
- Managing and driving project workstreams within a cross-functional program
- Collaborating closely with the HR strategy consultant and HR Operations Management team to align solutions with business objectives
- Developing and implementing process improvements using tools like Alteryx
- Ensuring timely delivery and high quality of projects
Qualifications :
We are looking for a proactive consultant with strong analytical and project management skills.
What you bring to the team:
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx or similar platforms
- Proven ability to manage projects and work independently in a cross-functional environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Background in HR processes or related improvements is a plus
- A solution-oriented mindset with a drive to innovate and enhance
