Job Summary

Design develop and release powertrain differential EDM and cradle mounts from concept to vehicle launch
Coordinate validation and testing with cross-functional teams (NVH Dynamics Vehicle Integration Stress Lab CAE)
Lead component design using FMEA and CAE tools
Ensure vehicle packaging compliance and drawing/model integrity
Manage change processes (CN EBOM/CODEP) and issue tracking (GIMs)
Oversee component validation (DVP&R)
Support builds at OEM assembly and supplier plants
Design fastened joints and develop torque specifications

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering or a related field with 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive.
Experience in powertrain and chassis system design/release
Proficient in FMEA CAE and DVP&R processes
Knowledge of vehicle packaging and drawing best practices
Familiarity with change management systems (CN EBOM/CODEP)
Skilled in issue tracking with GIMs
Experience with fastener joint design and torque specification development
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for validation/testing
Build support experience at OEM and supplier facilities
