Job Summary

With continued growth we are looking to recruit an experienced Manager to join our ThinkPay team.

As a valued member of the KPMG ThinkPay team you will have accountability for:

  • Delivering leading edge data analytics and remediation activities leveraging specialist knowledge of different payroll and HR systems.
  • Contributing data-driven insights to help our make important business decisions and minimise risks around employee entitlements.
  • Collaborating with a team of multi-disciplinary specialists including legal systems governance and risk consulting and behavioural risk to bring fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Mentoring and leading data analytics teams.

How are you extraordinary

You are someone with:

  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Deep understanding of payroll and people analytics payroll processes time and attendance systems is advantageous
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with Azure and cloud-based analytics platforms is highly regarded.
  • Good understanding of modern awards enterprise agreements superannuation leave entitlements is advantageous

Qualifications :

  • STEM degree in the field of Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics
