With continued growth we are looking to recruit an experienced Manager to join our ThinkPay team.
As a valued member of the KPMG ThinkPay team you will have accountability for:
- Delivering leading edge data analytics and remediation activities leveraging specialist knowledge of different payroll and HR systems.
- Contributing data-driven insights to help our make important business decisions and minimise risks around employee entitlements.
- Collaborating with a team of multi-disciplinary specialists including legal systems governance and risk consulting and behavioural risk to bring fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Mentoring and leading data analytics teams.
How are you extraordinary
You are someone with:
- Experience in client relationship management
- Deep understanding of payroll and people analytics payroll processes time and attendance systems is advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with Azure and cloud-based analytics platforms is highly regarded.
- Good understanding of modern awards enterprise agreements superannuation leave entitlements is advantageous
Qualifications :
- STEM degree in the field of Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics
