Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactor Test Analyst to join our team in Sydney this role you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our SAP SuccessFactors solutions through comprehensive testing and defect management.
The SAP SuccessFactor Test Analyst will lead and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) across Payroll and Time & Attendance modules to ensure accurate and compliant pay outcomes. This role validates system fixes award rule updates and remediation configurations through end-to-end and parallel payroll testing ensuring all changes function this role you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans validating payroll and time calculations analysing defects and working closely with Payroll SMEs HR technical teams and implementation partners to resolve issues. Strong expertise in SAP Payroll Time & Attendance and SuccessFactors integrations is essential with proven experience supporting parallel runs award interpretation testing and ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
Qualifications :
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors SAP Payroll and Time & Attendance testing
- Proven experience with System Integration Testing (SIT) End-to-End testing and Parallel Payroll runs
- Solid understanding of payroll rules award interpretation taxation superannuation leave calculations and compliance requirements
- Experience testing SAP SuccessFactors integrations with payroll and third-party systems
- Proficiency in defect logging test documentation and test management tools (e.g. JIRA HP ALM Azure DevOps)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR Payroll and Technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
