Job Summary:

The Housing Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness order and safety of employee housing facilities. This role ensures that all staff accommodations are well-kept sanitary and comfortable providing a positive living environment for employees.

As Staff Housing Attendant we rely on you to

• Check and service employee rooms common areas hallways and shared facilities (e.g. kitchens lounges bathrooms laundry rooms).
• Greet and assist new employees during check-in; provide basic orientation about accommodation rules facilities and amenities.
• Report maintenance issues damages or safety hazards promptly to the Accommodation Supervisor.
• Assist with room inspections during check-in and check-out of employees.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
• Support relocation or room change processes by cleaning and preparing rooms as needed.
• Assist in inventory management for linens cleaning materials and accommodation supplies.
• Respond to employee accommodation inquiries or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

What we are Looking For:

• Previous experience in housekeeping accommodation or staff housing buildings or dormitories. .
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on extended duty hours.
