Job Summary:
The Housing Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness order and safety of employee housing facilities. This role ensures that all staff accommodations are well-kept sanitary and comfortable providing a positive living environment for employees.
As Staff Housing Attendant we rely on you to
- Check and service employee rooms common areas hallways and shared facilities (e.g. kitchens lounges bathrooms laundry rooms).
- Greet and assist new employees during check-in; provide basic orientation about accommodation rules facilities and amenities.
- Report maintenance issues damages or safety hazards promptly to the Accommodation Supervisor.
- Assist with room inspections during check-in and check-out of employees.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
- Support relocation or room change processes by cleaning and preparing rooms as needed.
- Assist in inventory management for linens cleaning materials and accommodation supplies.
- Respond to employee accommodation inquiries or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
What we are Looking For:
- Previous experience in housekeeping accommodation or staff housing buildings or dormitories. .
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on extended duty hours.
