Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

The Advanced Packaging Technology Development (APTD) group drive Micron with packaging solutions for HBM product. As a data integration engineer in APTD will be accountable for the following

• Work multi-functionally with PIE PE MRDA IT Smart Manufacturing Process Control Equipment team to develop coordinated solution to accelerate product development.
• AI transformation for APTD enabling innovative solutions for technology acceleration through analysis and modeling.
• Extract monitor analyze inline data test data and tools data to improve yield efficiency performance reliability process margin and reduce costs.
• Summarize complex problems derive explain data-driven actions taken to address them and drive team to complete with defined sub achievement.
• Develop the prototype solution to evaluate the proposed solution benefits includes automate ETL and analytic jobs as well as visualization reports.

Successful candidates for this position will have:

• Goo data extraction analysis problem solving reporting and presentation skills. Confirmed capability to resolve problems and address root cause.
• Database experience (Oracle MSSQL Snowflake etc.) with schema design query writing database optimization.
• Experience with appropriate data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI Excel).
• Experience in machine learning areas: supervised/unsupervised/semi-supervised learning.
• Programming language capability on Python C# Matlab and/or R on Linux/Windows platforms.
• Working knowledge in applying Finite Element Modeling (FEM); and familiarity with software tools such as ANSYS (APDL & Workbench) is a bonus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills ability to work in a multi-national and multi-functional.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer/co-worker relationships. Successfully proven teamwork skills with a strong focus on developing good team dynamics.
