Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated RDA Quality Engineer to join our dynamic this role you will have the opportunity to work on ambitious projects that craft the future of semiconductor technology. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring flawless process conditions and improving our production capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Establish and improve process conditions and technology.
Improve process capability and reduce production costs.
Develop and update process management projects.
Set process parameters for various semiconductor equipment.
Evaluate promote and plan for new equipment and materials.
Analyze and improve abnormal conditions.
Drive fab MMM/OOC reduction and improve inline deviation index.
Validate CA/PA and improve RDA event reaction time for Fab AAL/GDM and internal AAL.
Align QE to support fab quality activities and customer audit tasks.
Control sampling and develop smart sampling to achieve WaR reduction.
Review SPC compliance to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Coordinate CPM to ensure fab inline stability.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to strictly follow and improve processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field.
Experience with advanced RDA technologies.
Familiarity with SPC and CPM methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to successfully implement process improvements.
Knowledge of industry standards and customer audit processes.
