Job Summary

Exciting news from the Havana team! We are looking for a Finance & Data Systems Analyst to join the Havana Coffee Works family in a permanent full-time capacity reporting through toour Commercial Finance Manager Havana.

This hybrid role ensures that Havana has accurate integrated systems and reliable data while also turning that data into commercial insights and providing accounting support. It combines commercial analysis IT & data stewardship and finance tasks to improve decision-making operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

In this role youll own data integrity across ERP CRM POS and e-commerce systems streamline reporting through automation and create dashboards that give the business real-time insights. Youll also keep the numbers sharp with month-end journals reconciliations and GST returns while providing commercial analysis on sales margins and customer trends

Key to your success will be:

Proficiency in Excel and BI tools
Data management and reporting skills.
Coffee FMCG and/or retail business processes
Understanding of commercial finance concepts i.e. margins ROI pricing
Exposure to ERP/CRM integrations and reporting automation
