What youll do

• Tenancy sustainment and increased positive move ons to permanent accommodation is the main goal.

• Our customers have complex needs such as poor mental health drug and alcohol addictions and offending histories helping them to address these needs through HAP will help to achieve positive outcomes

• Actively listening to customers to understand their needs

• Recognise each customer is different and adopt a flexible person-centred approach

• Understand how your role makes a difference to our customers

You have

• A willingness to make a difference to out customers lives

• An eagerness to learn how to deliver HAP

The practical bits

• Were open to agreeing a work pattern with you

• Lone working

• Completing required training courses

• Working both in a service and in the customers own home

• Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that
