Job Summary

We are currently hiring for an experienced shunter.

Location: Vaughan ON

Shift- Morning/ Overnight

Move and position trailers containers and trucks within the yard as directed.
Perform regular yard checks to monitor trailer locations.
Coordinate with dispatchers drivers and yard staff to ensure efficient flow of equipment.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of shunt trucks/trailers.
Complete basic paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Follow all safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents or delays.

Valid drivers license
Previous shunting yard driving or trucking experience an asset.
Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and yard operations.

Pay rate- $25-$25.50 per/hour
