Your Daily Impact: Solving Complex Issues
As a core member of our support team your primary channel will be the telephone (70%) with additional communication handled via chat and email. You will expertly address customer inquiries across two main business verticals:
- Assisting Drivers: Your duties will range from helping users with complex app troubleshooting and account support to managing session initiation/closure and processing sensitive payment and refund requests.
- Supporting Station Owners: You will diagnose and resolve technical station issues manage equipment replacement logistics assist with pricing model configurations and ensure accessibility settings are accurate.
Your main goal is to skillfully troubleshoot technical and operational issues provide clear and patient step-by-step guidance and handle all interactions with a proactive customer-first attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
Who Were Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring the following to our team:
- Fluency in French (C1 level) is essential complemented by a working intermediate knowledge of English (B2 level).
- Exceptional clear communication and interpersonal skills for phone-based support.
- A proven ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively in a demanding fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a knack for problem resolution.
- A minimum of six months of prior experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
