As a Production Team Leader youll be at the heart of our missionguiding supported employees to achieve their vocational goals while ensuring commercial success. With empathy and leadership youll create a safe inclusive and productive environment where everyone can thrive. Located at the Business Solutions site based in Kingaroy you will work within the Kingaroy Kitchen production site assisting the disability employees in open employment. Ideal applicant will have food handling and production or assembly line skills.

What Youll Do

• Inspire and mentor a diverse team championing a strong safety culture and WHS compliance.
• Support employees to meet their NDIS goals and contribute meaningfully to production outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative respectful workplace with positive behaviour support.
• Deliver hands-on training conduct assessments and partner with Employment Coaches on performance reviews.
• Ensure production targets are met with excellence in quality timeliness and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operations and adapt processes to maintain high standards.

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience in a production environment with strong coordination and delegation skills.
• Background in disability support is highly valued.
• Clear and confident communication skillsboth written and verbal.
• A genuine passion for inclusion purpose-driven work and empathetic leadership.
• Willingness to obtain required checks: Blue Card Yellow Card National Criminal History Check and a valid Drivers License.
