Job Summary
Position: Team Lead / General Cleaner
Location: Grand Rapids MI
Schedule: Monday to Friday 5:00 PM 1:30 AM and some weekends

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead / General Cleaner to join our team in Grand Rapids MI. The ideal candidate will have prior cleaning experience strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Train guide and mentor team members in following company standards and procedures.

Assign and schedule cleaning tasks for efficient and timely job completion.

Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting mopping vacuuming and sanitizing.

Handle fueling driving and general cleaning tasks for buses as needed.

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.

Communicate with clients to address concerns or special requests.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs to management.

Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are consistently followed.

Assist in recruiting hiring and onboarding new team members as needed.
Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services required.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
