Responsibilities

Assemble components and subassemblies according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
Operate various hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks effectively and safely.
Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards.
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings to execute assembly processes.
Troubleshoot assembly issues and provide solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with engineers and team members to identify areas for improvement in assembly processes.
Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred.
Proven experience as an assembly technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read technical documentation.
Familiarity with hand tools power tools and assembly machinery.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment by following instructions accurately.
Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and best practices in the workplace.
