About the Role:

As a Customer Technical Support youll be the first point of contact for clients delivering exceptional assistance with professionalism and empathy. Your strong communication skills patience and problem-solving ability will ensure that every customer enjoys a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via phone email and chat to address inquiries resolve issues and provide high-quality support.
Deliver clear concise and reliable information about products and services.
Manage updates troubleshoot concerns and handle requests efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions to uphold consistent service standards.
Stay current on company policies procedures and product updates to provide precise and informed support.
Work closely with colleagues share insights and contribute ideas to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proficiency in German (C1 level)
Proficiency in English (B1 level)
Turkish Citizenship
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience ideally in call centers or support roles
Strong problem-solving multitasking and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
